General Overview of Experience Delta Air Lines really is a wold class organization. From the beginning of day #1, everyone was very friendly and welcoming. They want to see you succeed, as everyone mentions. We handed in required documents, and then Captain Holmes briefed us on the sequence of events during the entire process. 2 of us tested in the AM, 2 started with the HR portion of the interview. RST will provide all the information you need to be successful when it comes to the JKT. The cognitive screening portion was fairly easy, will provide details below. I was finished with the test in about an hour, and then had to wait until my panel interview until 1430. So much of the day was spent waiting. I was able to go walk around the headquarters and occupy myself instead of pacing and drinking coffee in excess. We broke for lunch and then I had my panel interview. Again, everyone was so friendly and professional. Wanting to see you succeed. After completion of the panel interview, we all waited and “welcomed to Delta” shortly there after by Captain Holmes. We completed a bit of paperwork, and then were released for day 2. Can’t wait to start.

Technical Test Questions RST did a great job preparing. Aerodynamics, systems, a few math questions and a few turbine engine questions. Nothing too hard. A couple questions on passing radials and time it takes to do so.
What was the hardest technical question or content you experienced during the job knowledge test? None stick out. Math and I do not get along, so those were the most difficult for me. Study aerodynamic principles, and understand how a turbojet engine operates. You will do fine!
