General Overview of Experience	This was a great interview experience for me. Everyone was so friendly and truly wished you the best of luck. Day 1 and 2 sequence of events have been posted here, so I won’t elaborate. 14/16 CJOs!
How long did you have your application in before you received an invite?	6-12 months
Did you attend a job fair?	No
Did you do anything special that triggered the interview invitation?	Had 2 Delta recs attached to my app. 1 internal to score app was put in for me.
How many internal recs did you have?	1-2
How long was it from the time of your invite to the actual interview?	6 weeks
Did you have any issues with logbooks, application or paperwork?	No issues with any. Paperwork was grouped together in the order that they wanted. Brought my AF Flight Records, Flying History Report, logbook and summary sheet.
Technical Test Questions	One of the harder tests that I’ve had to take, but everyone that went to Day 2 passed. I probably came out of that room think I had a 70%.
What was the hardest technical question or content you experienced during the job knowledge test?	Got lots of aero questions, narrowed most to 2 choices and guessed.
HR Questions	45 mins – an hour. First half was questions about your app, qualifications, upgrade timeline. Second half with scenario based questions. Passenger with dog, Captain high/fast on STAR arrival, airfield closed on ATIS.
Cog Test	Easier than RST practice. Glad I’m done with the flag man.
How long prior to the interview did you prepare for the HR portion of the interview?	Read Sheryl Cage book on airline HR and reflected on past trips flown. Didn’t get much TMAT HR questions.
