General Overview of Experience This was my second round at Delta, so it was much less stressful now that I had been there and new what to expect. I really don’t have much to say that others haven’t talked about. I think I didn’t pass the first time because I was “gouged up”. Read a few of these but don’t look into the too much. Focus more on the format of how to answer a question.
How long did you have your application in before you received an invite? 12 months +
Did you attend a job fair? Yes
Did you do anything special that triggered the interview invitation? I had someone score my app.
How many internal recs did you have? 5+
How long was it from the time of your invite to the actual interview? 7 weeks
Did you have any issues with logbooks, application or paperwork? I didn’t really have an issues but they did ask about some things from when I was a private pilot that didn’t quite make sense. I was just honest with them and told I’m not sure why that logbook entry didn’t make sense, it has been 6 years. They seemed okay with that, Maybe they were trying to get under my skin and see if I would make something up?
Technical Test Questions If you study RST you will be fine.
What was the hardest technical question or content you experienced during the job knowledge test? They all were hard
HR Questions You are new and the CA is frustrated that you are going to slow, WWYD. They keep pushing it, he continues pushing you, and even starts doing some of your flows. Would you tell anyone about this? Pro stand, Chief pilot etc?

How long prior to the interview did you prepare for the HR portion of the interview? 8 weeks
