How did you prepare for the JKT/COG portion of the interview? Everything explained for the prof pilot, Gouge, and RST.
Technical Test Questions As briefed, very specific, difficult and some had multiple answers that could be correct.
What was the hardest technical question or content you experienced during the job knowledge test? What is the primary purpose of the fuel oil heat exchanger? I thought it was to cool the oil system. All 4 of the answers were plausible.
Cog Test As briefed. RST prep was great for this. The symbol/number recall key code is different from the gouge.
Cog Math Questions They are difficult, and not the same as the ones in the gouge! The test proctor tells you not to sweat these problems that much, it’s ok if you bone this section. I probably did.
HR Questions All per the gouge. Very nice conversation.
How long prior to the interview did you prepare for the HR portion of the interview? ECIC preemptively 4 months in advance.
Which HR Prep service did you use and did it help? ECIC
Any additional information you would like to add.

What can we do to improve our services? Go through the flashcards and correct the wrong answers (that are copied straight from gouge), bad punctuation, grammar and spelling. In fact, go through the whole website and correct this stuff. The gouge is expected to be sloppy and a mess. This professional service (RST) that professionals pay a lot of money for should be much higher quality. I’m surprised ECIC had not given you grief about this as a partner of yours. The cog trainer was the major value of this program for me. But, if you cared to, there are tweaks that could be made to make it more representative as well. I’m not sure how much input you have into the coding of the game.
