General Overview of Experience Very friendly, informative, and welcoming. Everyone gather before 8am in the lobby of the hotel they do it in. Sit down inside the conference room at 8am, everyone introduces themself, FLL chief introduces himself and does presentation on Spirit followed by Q&A. Then they play games while they pull people 1 by 1 for interviews. They did fingerprinting as well because it was a quick turnaround time before expected class dates.

Any additional information you would like to add. Just relax, be friendly, conversational, and a good listener. The best interview experience I’ve had and they care more about getting to know you as a person rather than the technical side. They know you can fly, they want to know if you’re going to be a good team player who will be committed to the company.
Is there anything you wish you could have done different to prepare you for this process? No
