General Overview of Experience 6:15a
Check in at the visitor office. Show your ID to get your visitor Badge and walk to the Delta pilot selection lobby. Here you mingle for 30min until 6:45a.

6:45a:
Delta admin rep will introduce themself and call names out. You line up and get directed to an office room where you stand by a folder that already has your name on it. Here the same admin personal will ask for documents in the order that was described in the email. (Rep will explain which docs to pull out). No originals were needed (besides transcripts). Just set 1 and 2 copies.

8am: prior the this time, you mingle again with you group. They make you feel at ease. Plenty of snacks, coffee, and water.

Interviews are based on who has the earliest flight back home. Fortunately, I had the 8am interview.

Panel was a Captain, FO, and 1 HR person:
– Tell me about yourself.
– Why Delta
– Describe a good leader
– TMAT when you were assertive, when you could have been more assertive and describe a good team leader.
– Asked to explain several gaps in flying that were on my app.
– What would you do if furloughed or lost medical.
– What do you do if Capt wanted to fly into a TS

Overall, they were extremely friendly. They just wanted to get to know you apart from your answers.

11A: MMPI
620 questions on a computer. 1 out of 24 had to repeat. My strategy was to answer as myself rather what you think the company whats you to answer. In other words, answer honestly!

12p: We all waited in the selection room until several individuals were called personally and escorted out. I think 4 were called and all were all logbook technicalities.
CJO’s were handed out after that.

1230p: Escorted to a room to fill out PRIA paperwork.
1-2P: finger prints, psych interview and drug test.

Psych test: Zoom with with a Psychiatrist. Ask HR type questions like tell about your childhood, TMAT you withheld information, did you do drugs, do you drink, were ever depressed etc…
