General Overview of Experience	Everyone was very nice and supportive. Very impressive and high class operation Delta has going on there.
How long did you have your application in before you received an invite?	12 months +
Did you attend a job fair?	No
Did you do anything special that triggered the interview invitation?	I believe it might have been an application review that was triggered by my current airline. Received a fix-it email, updated app, and received the invite about 2 weeks after the fix-it email.

How long was it from the time of your invite to the actual interview?	7 weeks
Did you have any issues with logbooks, application or paperwork?	None
Technical Test Questions	Some were exactly the same as RST and all the others were familiar concepts covered in the RST study material. I had 2 or 3 math questions, which were pretty easy ones. If I had to guess, I would say I got an 85% to 90%.
What was the hardest technical question or content you experienced during the job knowledge test?	One about entering icing conditions and anti ice activates, which of the following happens – Indicated airspeed increases, Indicated airspeed decreases, N1 remains the same, or N2 increases for a time then returns to what it was. Another one about EPR increasing in icing conditions – can’t remember the answer choices.
HR Questions	Started with 5 minute intro, then questions about my application. What is your definition of professionalism? WWYD senior FA says junior FA is not pulling her weight? WWYD human trafficking suspected in a third world country? WWYD CA is flying slower/faster speeds than on the release, thinks they are saving fuel? How does a pilot keep up with all the new technology being integrated into the flight deck these days? What human factors are currently affecting the aviation industry?
Cog Test	Way easier than RST’s Brain Games. Just make sure you read the directions carefully and know when you are in a practice session and when you are actually being scored.
