| General Overview of Experience | Very laid back. They want you to participate in the games and relax when you go back for the interview. They start with introductions and company overview. Then get into the face to face soon after. While you wait you play group games. They feed you lunch. Also there is a pilot we had a Union pilot in the waiting room with us playing games and answering questions about schedules contract etc. Best thing you can do is relax and be yourself. The know you can fly and are looking for quality character people. Great experience! Can’t wait to get started. |
