Technical Test Questions	Mine was a flight scenario from Denver to LAX. Asked about wind shear on takeoff, yaw damper malfunction inflight, holding on STAR, got vectored off STAR. Not too hard.
HR Questions	TMAAT you gave someone advice they didn’t take. TMAAT you had to make a decision without all of the information. TMAAT you flew with someone who wasn’t flying up to par. TMAAT you flew with someone difficult. TMAAT CRM broke down and what did you do.
