General Overview of Experience	Everyone wants you to succeed. It’s really more laid back then what I thought it would be. Very organized process

How long was it from the time of your invite to the actual interview?	6 weeks
Did you have any issues with logbooks, application or paperwork?	No questions asked on logbooks. I think they’re only concerned if you do not already have an ATP
Technical Test Questions	3 easy math questions for me that figured mileage to start down for 10,000’. RST made me feel like I aced everything. Only 3 or so of the 60 I didn’t feel confident about.
What was the hardest technical question or content you experienced during the job knowledge test?	Lead point question…On an arc flying outbound radial to intercept another radial, what is your lead point?
HR Questions	45-60 minutes. Tell us about yourself HS forward. WWYD Captain not wearing hat. WWYD you push the throttles forward in flight and you get a fire warning, but it goes away when you pull them back. TMMAT you had a conflict at work. Be confident and remember to smile and divide your attention across all 3 people.
Cog Test	Candy bar math questions were the hardest. Everything else was great.
How long prior to the interview did you prepare for the HR portion of the interview?	6 weeks
Which HR Prep service did you use and did it help?	Emerald Coast. I used about 8 webinars and it helped tremendously. Highly recommended. Small investment for the job.
