General Overview of Experience Very pleasant. Everyone was very welcoming and I did not feel pressured in any way. The folks at FedEx went out of their way to make sure those being interviewed were taken care of.
How long did you have your application in before you received an invite? 12 months +
Did you attend a job fair? No
Did you do anything special that triggered the interview invitation? No clue. I think possibly becoming a checkairman probably opened the door for me.

How long was it from the time of your invite to the actual interview? 3 weeks
Did you have any issues with logbooks, application or paperwork? None. All my logbooks were regular ole Jeppesen paper logbooks. Nothing fancy. But all were in oder as I have always manitained them month to month.
How did you prepare for the JKT/COG portion of the interview? Eating sleeping and breathing RST!
Technical Test Questions A couple questions pertaining to fuel burn dealing with a 767 where they give you the burn rate amd how much is in board and you have to figure out the endurance.
What was the hardest technical question or content you experienced during the job knowledge test? See above.
Cog Test Easy if you used RST.
Cog Math Questions Pretty tough. But they weren’t too far off from the RST version.
HR Questions Tell us about yourself that doesn’t have to do with your resume. Tell us the behind the scenes events in your life that are not on your resume. (this one caught me off guard).
Tell us about a time you intentionally broke a FAR or company policy because it might have yielded a better outcome.
They know that we all use prep services. They basically said they didn’t want canned answers. Not n a mean way. Just to be open and conversational. That was their biggest request.
How long prior to the interview did you prepare for the HR portion of the interview? About a month
Which HR Prep service did you use and did it help? Emerald Coast. It did, especially with the SBI.

Is there anything you wish you could have done different to prepare you for this process? No. I consumed every bit of info both written in books and on the internet and RST. I was maxed out about three days before the interview where I could not consume anymore.
