General Overview of Experience Very positive overall. All the Delta people do a great job trying to make you feel at ease and give you a run down of what to expect from each part of the interview.
How long did you have your application in before you received an invite? 12 months +
Did you attend a job fair? No
Did you do anything special that triggered the interview invitation? Weekly application update or internal rec, not 100% sure which.
How many internal recs did you have? 1-2
How long was it from the time of your invite to the actual interview? 8 weeks
Did you have any issues with logbooks, application or paperwork? No
How did you prepare for the JKT/COG portion of the interview? RST
Technical Test Questions Straightforward mostly, very few surprises. Mix of aero, some systems and regs. Only 2 or 3 math questions.
What was the hardest technical question or content you experienced during the job knowledge test? Can’t remember any specific one.

Cog Math Questions Can’t remember specifics, only a few and easier than RST.
HR Questions TMAAT you had a conflict with a coworker, WWYD if you thought the CA was lined up with the wrong airport (more detailed setup given). Asked me questions about why I chose the educational route I took.
How long prior to the interview did you prepare for the HR portion of the interview? 4 weeks

Any additional information you would like to add. My HR interview was 1st thing in the morning me and the other candidates stopped by the Delta museum before lunch. It was a pretty neat experience and helped break up the day a bit more.
Is there anything you wish you could have done different to prepare you for this process? More HR prep. I knew the stories and background info I wanted to convey but wasn’t able to express it as well as I wanted to.
