How did you prepare for the JKT/COG portion of the interview? RST study and practice tests, and a few websites.
Technical Test Questions Generally in line with the RST practice tests.
What was the hardest technical question or content you experienced during the job knowledge test? Everything was similar to the concepts and questions in the practice tests.
Cog Test A little slower than the websites I used to practice.
Cog Math Questions Easy math. Multiplication, addition and division.
HR Questions Nothing unexpected. Following background/career description, they went through a few situation questions. I have over 25 years aviation experience to draw from. I was well prepared having thought about situations and events from my background and be very candid, open and thorough in my conversation with the interviewers.
How long prior to the interview did you prepare for the HR portion of the interview? For 2 months prior, I began collecting applicable past experiences.
Which HR Prep service did you use and did it help? None. Just spoke with friends at FedEx and UPS.
Any additional information you would like to add. Be candid and open. The more I spoke and gave them what I knew they wanted to hear, the less they had to try to pull the information out.
Is there anything you wish you could have done different to prepare you for this process? No.
