| General Overview of Experience | Very professional environment. The Captain responsible for talking to us at the beginning of the day was very helpful and calmed everyone down well. Everyone managing the program is very kind and genuinely wants you to succeed. The people in the HR portion of the interview were very professional, yet conversant. I didn’t feel like anyone was trying to trap me, but that they were just trying to understand how I would think through various situations. Overall it was a great experience. | ||||||
