General Overview of Experience By far the most professional and welcoming interview process I have ever had the pleasure of being a part of. From the time you walk in they make it known that you are wanted and they just want to get to know you.

Captain Holmes at the beginning laid out how the day would go and what we should expect. He did an exceptional job of relaxing everyone since we all are clearly nervous.

MMPI was straight forward, be honest and consistent and you’ll have no problem with this. A few other candidates had to take it twice, again honesty is key.

Tried to hop over to the museum but it was closed to visitors because of a flight attendant graduation. Ended up just hanging out at the cafe with other candidates while we took our long break before the panel interview.

The panel interview was one of the most humbling experiences of my life. Very conversational and they just want to know who I am, how I think and if I would be a right fit for Delta.

CJO’s were handed out after the panel interview. Anyone who didn’t make it were pulled aside.

Meeting with the psychologist was conversational however make sure to remember this is part of the interview too, it’s not over yet!

Cannot express enough how wonderful of an experience this was and I am thrilled to be joining the Delta family.

How long did you have your application in before you received an invite? <60 days
Did you attend a job fair? No
Did you do anything special that triggered the interview invitation? I got my application reviewed and got the invite 1 week later. This was in late 2021. I think when the boxes got filled and checked properly it got my application scored.
How many internal recs did you have? 0
How long was it from the time of your invite to the actual interview? 8 weeks
Did you have any issues with logbooks, application or paperwork? I will admit paperwork is not my strongest suit. I had to make numerous changes on my application during window that you could after you got the invite to interview. Most of these were simply employment dates that I called and got verified and some minor other issues, nothing of real significance. I had 0 questions about the application.

My logbooks were not the cleanest however I did create an electronic logbook using Log10Pro Jeppesen 27 line format. I had 0 questions about my logbook.

Honestly after getting the invite to interview I combed through all of my paperwork, application and logbooks with great detail and even though it was apparent there were changes, nothing was brought up during the panel interview.

Technical Test Questions N/A
HR Questions Standard TMAAT questions. Have stories about times you were a good crew member and not a good crew member. A time you had to overcome adversity.
How long prior to the interview did you prepare for the HR portion of the interview? 2 months
How did you prep? HR Prep
Which HR Prep service did you use and did it help? RST Webinars
Any additional information you would like to add. Go in and be yourself. They’ve vetted you and want you to join the Delta team. All you have to do is show them the application matches the person that walked in the door.
Is there anything you wish you could have done different to prepare you for this process? Not stress so much. They were beyond welcoming.
